Your answers stay with you

The free introduction runs in your browser. Its answers are kept only in that open page’s memory. We do not send those selections to Fabric, clinic staff, advertisers, or account registration. Closing or reloading the page clears them.

Optional usage counts

With your permission, we count a small set of actions—such as opening the introduction or completing it—by day and broad source (radio, YouTube, or direct). These counts contain no answers, names, email addresses, member IDs, advertising IDs, or diagnostic scores. Declining counts does not limit your access. You may change your choice below.

Registration is separate

You can read and finish the introduction without an account. Optional free registration uses the existing TruthBook identity system; it does not copy reflection answers into a patient record or enroll you in clinic marketing. Existing account and support policies apply when you choose to register.

Other websites and embedded videos

Opening a published article, signing in, or playing an embedded YouTube video takes you into those services’ own privacy and cookie practices. No reflection answers are attached to these links.
